Start with the equipment and site
Share the property type, system list, device models and any current faults. CCTV discussions include camera availability, recording and playback, storage and remote viewing. For access control, intercom, networking and other ELV systems, we agree the specific equipment and checks covered.
What the written contract should specify
The agreed scope identifies scheduled visits, support arrangements, reporting, replacement parts and exclusions. Confirm whether corrective work, consumables, upgrades or equipment replacement are included or quoted separately. A maintenance agreement does not automatically extend every equipment warranty.
Ajman CCTV certificate preparation
We provide annual CCTV maintenance contracts for buildings, villas and shops requiring the applicable Ajman certificate procedures, and assist with technical preparation and maintenance documentation. The competent authority determines the requirements and issues the certificate. A longer service agreement does not replace an applicable annual certificate or renewal process.
